SpaceGuard Products is pleased to introduce new and improved pallets built in effort to offer our customers the most competitive pricing on our wire partitions, wire mesh lockers, and pallet rack enclosures, and better protect the material from damage during LTL shipments.
We are replacing former part numbers Pallet4 and Pallet5, with new A-frame panels on shipments of greater than 4 panels. The new part numbers are Pallet318 and Pallet310, respectively. Pallet318 has dimensions of 31" x 100" and weighs 26 lbs less than its predecessor. Pallet310 has dimensions of 31" x 124" and weighs 11 lbs less than its predecessor. We can stack up to 10 wire mesh partition and locker doors/panels on these pallets (as opposed to 9, previously) - and even more for shorter length panels. Additionally, we will be able to ship posts and hardware boxes on the insides of the A-frame to cut costs and protect the hardware box from getting lost during shipment.
These changes will prevent damage previously caused by items being stacked directly on top of our pallets. The panels will now stand on their sides, similar to our larger box crates, allowing for easier handling due to weight centered on the pallet. Given the fact we have also optimized truck space for the truck lines, we also hope this will open up new LTL opportunities and the chance to reduce costs further and ensure quality shipments.
