SpaceGuard Products exhibited at ProMat 2009 held at McCormick Place South in Chicago from January 12-16. A proud member of the Material Handling Industry of America (MHIA), this was SpaceGuard Products' 18th consecutive year exhibiting at the MHIA event.
The theme "Take Risks In Life, But Not With Your Assets" focused on the wide range of applications in which SpaceGuard's wire partitions are used for securing and guarding assets and equipment including data centers, military, manufacturing and office applications. The display highlighted both the SpaceGuard 2000 woven and welded wire partition product lines in the standard, high-gloss black polyester powder coat finish. A number of additional samples of its FordLogan and 2180 welded wire partitions were also available for visitors in the other 5 standard colors. The adventure themed displays were accompanied by several giveaways including 4-in-1 survival tools and a drawing for $100 gift cards to the winner's choice of Cabelas or REI outfitters.

"The adventure theme also emphasized the revitalization of our sales efforts through our Preferred Dealer Program which we're in the process of rolling out," states Eddie Murphy, VP of Sales. "While the economy and weather certainly affected the overall show attendance, we actually collected roughly 15% more leads than during the 2007 show. And I believe our visitors shared our enthusiasm."
