New SG2000 Installation Guide Now
Online
We have updated the
installation guide for our
SG2000 versatile mesh partition
line to reflect recent improvements
in the ceiling connections as
located on page 25.
 We
have eliminated part number ABEAM24H
and now provide angle clips and self
tap screws along with our ABEAM24 to
hold the beam in place while the
ceiling panels are installed.
In addition to reducing the cost of
large ceilings requiring beams, the
installation is simpler and the
ceiling does not grow due to the
weld bead on the old holder.
When included on cages under 12' in
height, beams will also no longer be
required to land exactly on a post
which can also potentially reduce
costs if special panel sizes are
eliminated as a result.

Last month's Spotlight was on SpaceGuard
Tenant Storage Lockers. Matt Sipe, Senior
Account Manager,
offers the following suggestions:
"For proper shelf support in single tier
lockers with shelves and especially with
'stacked' double or triple-tiered units, we
recommend that you include a side panel even
when starting from an existing wall.
Not only will the shelves be better
supported, but your install time will be cut
down as a result. Keep in mind that
there is 1/8" of growth in the overall
dimensions for each side panel."
"When mounting lockers to an existing wall,
it is not necessary to use anchors at every
available slotted hole. A couple of
anchors securing to the floor and into the
wall will more than suffice to fix the
locker into position."
