Board members of the
upscale
One Powers Street
Condominiums in the
Williamsburg
neighborhood of
Brooklyn, NY had a
challenge. Their
building was designed
with many amenities,
including a fitness
room, but at the end of
the construction the
owners had only one
small space of 400
square feet available
for shared storage. With
28 owners in the
building, there clearly
was not enough room to
storage - let alone
separate - personal
belongings in such a
tight space.

Marketing To The
Beat Of His Own Drum
 After
being named the
Marketing & Sales
Coordinator for
SpaceGuard Products,
Chris Baxter
admitted to some
nerves, but in a
good way. "It's like
the feeling I get
before a big show,
or playing for the
first time at a new
venue. It's a good
thing, (it) keeps me
fresh and ready to
go."
A senior member of the
SpaceGuard sales team,
Chris is eager to tackle
the challenges this new
role presents. "It's
definitely new
territory, but I'm going
to use some of the
methods I have learned
from marketing outside
of this arena and apply
it what I do here at
SpaceGuard." In this
role, Chris will assume
responsbility for all
marketing, including
social media (Facebook,
Twitter and
YouTube) and lead
generation efforts in
addition to supporting
SpaceGuard's outside
sales efforts.
When not at his desk,
Chris can be found
behind his drums,
singing and playing
throughout the local
music scene with the one
of the area's popular
groups,

Packaging - Box Crates
Box crates are used for the
packaging of panels and doors in
large quantities. Panels are
loaded upright, banded, and
enclosed by the addition of the
final crate wall.
Due to their unique design,
box crates are only advised to
be transported by fork truck. It
is recommended that you do not
use chains to pull the crate to
avoid compromising the strength
of the packaging.
Additionally, fork extensions
and adjusting the forks to the
proper width are recommended
when handling our box crates.
Easy-to-follow instructions
can be found on the every Box
crates detailing the proper
handling technique.
Please advise your sales
representative if a high dock is
not available at the delivery
site so that accommodations can
be made to ensure that the
proper packaging and shipping
considerations have been taken
with your quote and/or order.
