Expanding Our Options

SpaceGuard Products is pleased to introduce expanded metal options in our SG2000 wire partition and storage locker lines at our most competitive prices ever.

In addition to 10-gauge woven and 6-gauge welded wire mesh, SpaceGuard now offers wire partitions, TA-50 military lockers, and condo storage lockers in a variety of standard or flattened expanded metal including: 1/2"-#13, 3/4"-#9, and 1-1/2"-#9.  These options are still manufactured and drop shipped from our main facility in southern Indiana.

Expanded metal offers an attractive option for high traffic areas, along with added security from a tighter mesh design.  The restrictive mesh still permits the free passage of light, heat, air, and sound that make wire paritions popular solutions for data center / colocation cages and DEA enclosures, but can prove more difficult to cut or climb than larger mesh openings on the market.  Additionally, expanded metal is fabricated from a single sheet of steel so it does not unravel when making field cut-outs around pipes, beams or other existing obstructions during installation.

New - Improved Packaging!

In effort to reduce pricing and minimize freight damage on less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, SpaceGuard will use new A-frame pallets to ship small orders that do not require our fully framed crate.  These will replace our former flat pallets.  The frames will allow us to stand panels on their sides, thus centering the weight in the middle of the 31" pallet.  This will help us better utilize truck space while preventing loads being stacked directly on top of our pallets.

The new pallets are lighter as well, helping to reduce freight costs to your customers.  Additionally, the posts and hardware can be set inside of the A-frame and will not require a separate pallet in most cases.
